"I was advised on a complete boiler change by some companies, I was gathering quotes when the engineer from Raithel Mechanical Services said it was repairable. £300 instead of £3000 appealed as just before Christmas but haven't had a problem since. Well done on being a honest tradesman. Highly recommend"

"Friendly guy and punctual. Fully explained what the fault was and what was required to fix it. Very tidy and can’t recommend him enough. Would definitely use him again"

"Boiler broke Saturday afternoon in January. Called a few heating engineers and explained the problem they all said nothing they can do until Monday. Called Richard and explained the issue over the phone, he asked me to do some tests over the phone and diagnosed the issue. Took the boiler details showed up 2hrs later, replaced a part and boiler fired up. Saved the day. Callout price, part and labour were very reasonable for a Saturday afternoon."
