"I used Ray and Sam to clean my gutters and paint a room for me. They turned up bang on time and did a fantastic job as usual. I have previously used them to lay a patio, which the builders of my extension complemented, as they were worried that having the digger on it may cause it to sink - it didn't! Top job as usual, thanks Ray and Sam"

Was told by Rab that they would all the necessary work to prevent water coming down the fascia board and not flowing as it should via the gutters, and he said I would get a guarantee. Paid by cheque on the day but no receipt or guarantee received. Repairs/adjustments did not work; water continues to escape gutters. Rab was informed at the beginning of January and he said "I can't come now". I mentioned no receipt and guarantee and he said nothing. Since then, money reimbursed in full.
