We had our windows sprayed by this company in May. We noticed soon afterwards that they'd sprayed over the sealant rather than removing the old first and I contacted them to ask about this. I was told that this was fine and it had been trialed and tested. In November we noticed that some of the paint was peeling from the sealant and I contacted Andy again. He advised that he had seen this happening and advised that they seal over the original sealant. I again questioned this. There is also significant overspray onto our brickwork. I've ended up having to pay another tradesman to re-do the job.
