James was helpful and thorough from first site visit, offering useful suggestions throughout planning process for our wet room and during the job itself, adapting to our changing requests, showing the utmost consideration for my wife's disability. His team of specialist craftsmen worked to a similarly high standard, dealing with queries and concerns patiently. James was upfront and honest as to the requirements of the job, the time required for completion of the interlinking tasks and the attendant costs. Nothing was too much trouble and he left us with an assurance that we could rely on him to remedy any issues which arise, or reconfigure anything which once we'd lived with the job, might arise. Everything was left clean and in good order at the end of each day. We'd recommend him without hesitation.
