When Richard’s colleague came he was late, but did not communicate so. We had to chase them, but got a discount due to the inconvenience. The job was done well however he could not fix our extractor fan so had to come back. However Richard himself contacted us to saw we needed to buy a new one which isn’t what his colleague said. The second job was done by a different guy who agreed we didn’t need a new fan. It was fixed however we had to form out money for two callout fees. Overall communication was very poor, time keeping not good and the first guy didn’t seem to know what he was doing.
