Peter carried out an EICR on our property in Bromley. He was communicative throughout and on the day of the job he arrived early, always a good sign for me. He was very helpful in explaining what he had to do and was very friendly while also very professional. The price of the service provided was fair - not the cheapest but also not expensive. I imagine had I chosen a 'cheap' trader then I might have had to put up with a rushed service, and perhaps someone not as attentive who may well have missed some things. Not worth the risk for me, you get what you pay for. I can highly recommend Peter.

Reliable and Efficient

This is the second time Peter has done work for me. Both times he has been reliable and efficient. He rings to say he is on his way. He replaced outside lights, smoke alarms, a shaver box, two broken switches and two pendants, all done quickly. All debris tidied up. Invoice came through the next mornng. Would recommend without hesitation.

Supply And fit replacement cooker extractor hood

Peter sourced a replacement extractor hood for our cooker and removed the defective unit, and replaced it with an alternative unit. Everything was done exactly as quoted. He is prompt, polite, and very thorough in his work. A first-class, honest, and competent tradesman whom I would use again without hesitation and recommend likewise to others who need electrical work done. Swift response for initial quotes. Very good communicator who explained things clearly. All work carried out quickly & to a high standard. He also had a very good sense of humour. No hesitation in recommending Peter & would use him again for any future electrical works.

All-round excellence

Peter Whiting completely rewired my garage and fitted new power sockets and LED lighting; also installed RCD protection at the main fusebox. Additionally, at the front of my house, he installed a new porch light. All the work undertaken was discussed and agreed at a preliminary visit during which my options were made clear with his very helpful advice. I received a prompt, detailed and fair quotation, and was able to agree a mutually convenient date for the work. All of the tasks were executed according to schedule, with a welcome attention to fine detail, and with a clean and tidy finish. He removed all old wiring and lighting, for disposal or recycling. Most importantly, the quality and appearance of the finished results exceeded my expectations. Peter is communicative and friendly, and engaged me when necessary as each task progressed or to confirm the next step. He was respectful of my property and I felt him to be entirely trustworthy. I am delighted with his professional service and would not hesitate to call upon him again; I can confidently recommend him.

Very happy with work

Peter did a great job for me, providing outside reinforced cabling to link the WiFi from the house to a room at the end of our garden, all working perfectly. All was done very neatly and efficiently. Very pleased!

Nice work

Peter does nice clean, neat work that looks great. We've used him twice to install a ceiling light and then recessed lights and would use him again.

Excellent all around

Recommended Peter by people on our street. Was on holiday and had a visitor staying to cat sit. Really helpful at explaining clear instructions over the phone to assist our visitor in getting the electrics back on and visited the house later on the same day to check through the electrics. Very patient at dealing with multiple people to fix the problem. Will be using him again for future jobs and would recommend.

Professional electrician, most considerate - outstanding attitude - a real gem!

Peter rescued us immediately when the building control could not accept the work done by an electrician in our new build kitchen extension. He checked all previous work, completed urgent work and booked a return date to do additional work to the kitchen, including new rewiring from the fuse board. We found Peter to an excellent, professional electrician, who was knowledgeable and adaptable working alongside another professional in a tight space. He was polite, cheerful and considerate. We will definitely be using Peter the next time we need an electrician, and do not hesitate to recommend him!
