"The reconfiguration of the ground floor of a detached property in Sawbridgeworth. We investigated options of extending the dwelling and using the existing footprint to better provide a series of living spaces. We employed Ride Architect's to carry out the design and planning applications for the renovation of our house. Rikesh explored all of the options to make the most use of the large footprint which was originally occupied by many small rooms. After looking through the various designs that Rikesh prepared we were able to visualise the outcome and choose the plan accordingly. Rikesh then assisted throughout the build phase, and also into the more detailed furnishing phase. We had an extremely good experience with Ride Architect's and would highly recommend them!"
