"The initial conversations / process was easy - was grateful for good communication. However this was overridden by the move experience itself. The team seemed irritated and once they'd seen what needed moving - they started complaining there was more than I'd mentioned on the phone which was not the case - I'd answered all questions asked of me. My sofa was damaged by their impatience. I ended up moving some of items myself as they didn't seem to be in a hurry. I felt anxious they were time wasting. I was charged a full extra hour, despite it only being 20/25mins past the hour."
