Look closely at finish, alignment and square of frame to the sash, do the beads that hold the glass line up in the corners, are they cut to the correct length are you prepared to cut them yourself. Do you expect a response with a query or are you willing to take responsibility for a poor product you did not make. Check for damage if any, again it may be for you to accept this as the manufacturer does not. Lack of response is probably the best you will get, hiding behind the data protection regulations is a good way of producing poor quality goods and not being responsible leaving you with them
