Staff very friendly, informative. Each step was explained and reason why they were doing this! Always in contact with building regs, site manager would visit twice a day to make sure everything is on track. Could not recommend anyone better! fantastic work and a fantastic team! Exceeded my expectations!

High quality finish, he was very transparent and honest. Built trust with myself. He knew what he was talking about and reacted positive on questions from me. Was accommodating when changes were made such change of design, flooring replacement. He went above and beyond given the situation we were in.

Old built house, had other contractors look at the job. Other said rip everything out. Raphael saw past this and suggested we can retain some of these key features from the old style building. I liked the input that Raphael offered on some off my decisions. Made me rethink and it worked our really well. very high attention to detail.

RJS successfully, cleanly and professionally installed a steel beam into the ceiling of our kitchen. Raphael and his team initially came to do some minor kitchen and floor repairs after we purchased a new home. Raphael discovered a major structural issue, and within the hour, had his structural engineer onsite inspecting the integrity of the building work. Additional support was required for the first floor based on poor prior building work that had been done for a major extension. Essentially, RJS looked at all the options with us and worked out the best based on our needs, the cost and the aesthetics. Soon after, Raphael and his team carried out the installation of a new steel beam in our kitchen ceiling. The work, in additional to some other minor work, was carried out without any issues and with minimal disruption over the course of a week. The team showed the highest professionalism, were courteous, highly knowledgeable and skilled. We would highly recommend RJS.

We had extensive work carried out. Two bathroom rebuilt, a new kitchen and utility room, two walls and a ceiling reconstructed, plastering, and some help with redecoration.

Raphael and his team did a fantastic job tiling our kitchen splashback and wall. From the first phone call, Raphael was friendly and polite and took time to discuss the ins and outs of the job at length to make sure he had a full understanding of what was needed. He came over to view the job first to make sure there would be no misunderstandings. His team on the day were great, they worked cleanly and efficiently and completed the job to an extremely high standard, always checking with us first before making any decisions. Their work is now the standout part of our kitchen and we are very happy. I would definitely recommend this company for any future work!

Highly recommend RJS for any and all building work you are looking to get done. Raphael (The owner) is incredibly thoughtful and attentive, having spent hours with us pre build to make sure every last detail in our plan was measured and accounted for. Adrian (builder) was an absolute marvel. The speed, execution and precision of his work is a site to behold. More than that, him and Nathan (site manager) ensured that the site was also clean and tidy after a day's work. Absolutely brilliant! Our job was completed 100% to our satisfaction and we could not be happier. Yes - the team is incredibly skilled and professional, but more than that - they're just a pleasure to have around the house (warm, friendly, up for a laugh). Highly, Highly recommend!

We had a great experience hiring Raphael and crew to perform our kitchen renovation. From start to finish we felt that Raphael and his team were focused on getting a great result. The team performed significant structural work on our house with no fuss opening us between kitchen and dining room and changing the layout of our downstairs. Raphael handled all of the trades for us and had good recommendations for suppliers for things such as glazing, worktops and the kitchen provider that ended up working really well. Raphael was able to adapt to slight changes to the build plan throughout the job and the team was really engaged about making the kitchen the best it could be even if the plan deviated slightly. The finished result is fantastic and we have had so many compliments on it. We feel the work was fairly priced and overall we would definitely recommend using them.
