I had roofing work done by RNS roofing ltd and the experience was extraordinary. From start to finish I was advised on taking the best care for the house and for our situation. I first rang enquiring to get a quote, and had Rocky come around to do an evaluation that same day, he went through all of the process of what will need to happen and what the cause of damage was - although we did end up finding more damage later on, but I was updated every step of the way through the process. The work started very soon after Christmas, and I have had no troubles since. The work was done professionally and efficiently and up to a perfect standard. I am a younger house owner who normally receives a lot of judgement due to my age, Rocky showed no form of judgement and treated me like any other customer in his care. I also received images as requested to show the update and progress of the roof. I highly recommend RNS roofing to anybody who was thinking of using this company.
