We visited their showroom and was greeted by their staff who was knowledgeable and experienced we was shown a variety of stoves for our needs and requirements. We booked and secured our installation date. The team turned up on time agreed and was fantastic we couldn’t fault them. Friendly professional and caring. Care was taken to sheet over all items in out lounge and dust sheets on top. They took time to answer questions after installation. Extremely happy. Many thanks."
