Do not use this firm. The gave me a quote to strip and rebuild my roof, verbally confirmed it included everything I asked for, then increased the price by £12k once they'd started. They subcontracted the work to another gang who did poor work, then smashed up my roof with a hammer when Levi didn't pay them. They took 3 days to make remedial repairs - the house still isn't watertight though. They did such poor work and wouldn't listen to feedback. Roofers Scotland provided an estimate for work on my roof, which included a verbal assurance of a 10-year written guarantee. Once the work was completed, I was pressured to pay immediately and told that the invoice and warranty would follow shortly. Despite repeated follow-up by text and email, I’ve received no paperwork. My messages were first acknowledged, then met with aggression via text, and are now being ignored entirely. Based on my experience, I believe this avoidance of issuing invoices and warranties may not be unique to my case.

Work carried out was to a high standard and was kept updated throughout the work being done Having been let down by other companies. Roofers Scotland were there the day they said they would be there. They left no mess. And are reasonably priced. And getting a 10 year guarantee for the work carried out gives great piece of mind Thanks again guys 😁
