"I found our toilet was leaking on flushing at around 6pm on a Thursday evening, called Ryan at R&R and he responded immediately. Realising it was our only toilet, He came to look at the problem and, after a quick trip for parts, fixed the issue perfectly. I had just walked through the door on returning from a stay in hospital and this was the last thing I needed but Ryan was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Ryan!!!"

"Ryan is a Hero, we called him on the 23rd of December to report out boiler not working. We had carried out many repairs using other tradesmen on this boiler the latest being a pcb replacement. Unfortunately the previous tradesman was not honest and did not actually replace the pcb as identified by Ryan being original for the boiler. We told Ryan that we would like a new boiler fitted as we were sick of it breaking down during cold periods. Being the Christmas break we wasn’t expecting to get it done till the new year. However Ryan slaved away Christmas Eve to get a new boiler in and running."
