Ryan was fantastic. He managed to fit the job in and worked into the evening to get it done. He’s done a brilliant job too. He’s conscientious and friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Rs Property in the future.

Terrible terrible experience with Ryan. He promised us he can do everything but unfortunately hes full of rubbish. He built two pillars and they are different levels and different amounts of bricks. He ruined our drive. He didn’t complete one job. We are roughly £5000 out of pocket. We are taking him to court now. I’ve called roughly 20 times over the last two weeks and he won’t answer any of my calls. We tried to resolve it but he’s ran away. Take our advice and avoid. That’s what we should have done. Very disappointed

Ryan did an excellent job. He came to see us on a Friday, ordered materials and started on the Saturday. He worked well with our existing builder. Would definitely recommend him

Repair to front porch posts Ryan did a first class job repairing the wooden posts of our front porch by designing and building a brick support. He was punctual, tidy and a skilled bricklayer. Would definitely employ again! Five 🌟
