We have used Mike Russell and his team for a number of years on our new build developments, he has always completed the jobs to a high standard, on time and within the agreed price, I would highly recommend.

After the work was completed, a new problem arose that wasn't there before the work was done. I contacted him in January and he came and did an internal viewing and a ground floor external viewing and advised he would be back with scaffold to look further. Since 16th February I have been trying to get hold of him with a date but he is now ignoring my emails and messages that I have left on his mobile phone.

Mike listened to what we wanted and has delivered exactly. He was personable, friendly, arrived punctually each day and left our home tidy each day.
