Having used British Gas for many years to service the boiler I became increasingly disillusioned with their standard of work and their poor approach to customer services. I was recommended Ryan by a friend. How refreshing to find someone who is professional, fully qualified and thorough. Ryan has been out on a couple of other occasions to fix the flushing mechanism on the toilet and to mend a sticking valve on the heating system. On both occasions the work was carried out in a thoroughly competent manner by a pleasant and knowledgeable individual.

Brilliant service, came out on a Saturday and sorted the problem. Would highly recommend.

Robbie visited my home on the same day, as promised. He traced the location of the leak after it had frozen during the previous night. He completed the job within the first hour and tidied before leaving. Robbie was punctual, trustworthy, kind, fast, hardworking and loved his job. I recommend him totally and would definately contact him again for future work.
