SCUM! This guy and his team agreed staged payments for a substantial project and agreed a price, about half way through they started being unreliable with various excuses, and in hindsight we realised the staged payments were substantially exceeding the works done, ultimately it appears builder decided he'd been busted and left site a complete wreck, my wife, our toddler and I are left begging other builders to correct the work done which turns out to not meet building control standards. Nearly a year of incomplete roofs and living in a building site. Wont explain himself or fix it.

Scott came to see our drawings and site, and after a promising and confident few communications, it all went pear shaped. Would not answer calls texts or emails. Most good builders are busy right now, but it costs nothing to say sorry, but I’m too busy at present. On that basis, I suggest you avoid this company.
