"1st time I have used Rated People; Steve responded to my post within 2 days and was onsite to quote for the work at the appointed time. An experienced and very knowledgeable, multi disciplined craftsman who quickly scoped the work and provided a quote, we agreed the work package and cost and Steve carried out the work yesterday, flash to bang 7 days. The work has been completed to my entire satisfaction and I would engage Steve again without hesitation and recommend him to any potential customer in the local area. Post the work Steve has proposed an additional piece of work on my roof that I might wish to consider to better protect my roof from high winds, which I wll."
