Work completed as requested.
Said the job would take 8 days. 6 months later he never completed it. He blamed a delay in materials but waited 6 weeks before ordering the roof tiles. He went and did other people's roof jobs before finishing mine. When he did show up his work was good, but as a result of his unreliability the the construction project was delayed at higher expense. He doesn't reply to emails or calls, and his workers will turn up to use the site toilet without doing work. He's too disorganised to recommend to anyone.
