"Work done, only no facility to write documents, returned laptop and issue resolved. Also no iplayer facility on bbc website. Later requested invoice for insurance purposes but company refused saying the receipt was only what they would do. Not only this but it was suggested customer maybe attempting to do something fraudulent."
