We recently had Mark and David of SBC Construction install our new patio, and we are really pleased with the work. From the initial quote through to completion, Mark was friendly and easy to communicate with. He was really responsive, professional and polite. Mark was really helpful talking through the options and answered all our questions. David was on site everyday removing the old patio and installing the new. His attention to detail and care was exemplary and he was willing to offer opinions to help us make up our mind on the finishing touches. They arrived on time every day, did their best to keep the site clean and tidy, and were respectful of our property and our neighbours who needed access through a shared driveway. We are really pleased with the end result.
