Steve called me straight back and arranged to attend later the same day. He brought with him the necessary parts, having asked what the issue was, and repaired it within an hour. He also carried out a service to ensure there were no other faulty detectors. He was very efficient, new exactly what to do, and the detectors. He did an excellent job, and I highly recommend him."
