"Brick door closing We recently moved into a new property that needed a lot of work so I have been dealing with London builders to the point of giving up and doing stuff on my own (due to not being on time, being over-budget and doing crappy jobs). Sean was completely the opposite, he provided with a clear quote (materials separate from labour, all in 10% cheaper than other quotes), he arrived EARLY and on Time (not the usual 9-10AM start i suffered in the past) did a fantastic job with attention to detail and CARE, left the site clean and without garbage. I really think a lot of traders in this website with high reviews should watch and learn from him. Highly recommended. Best of British, said what he was going to do, done it, pride in a job well done. Thanks a lot"

Front Garden Wall Did everything this chap asked. Didn’t shortlist anyone else, ordered my own supplies and arranged for disposal of rubbish. We agreed a date which was the same date the supplies would arrive. 5 days before I texted him to confirm arrangement and he informed me he wouldn’t be able to come that day. Had to get someone else to do the job. In my opinion unreliable. (Updated on 13 Jul 2019) Answer from tradesperson: We got a puppy he said bring it with me to the job, I offered to move the materials and come back and build the wall when my partner was on holiday and able to watch the dog. No reflection on my workmanship he refused my offer said he can’t wait I was doing it cheap to build my profile and he leaves me bad feedback, it’s not like I’m trying to earn a living or anything.
