"Karl has previously refurbished our bathroom and fitted a replacement boiler, both done to a very high standard. We recently had Karl in to convert our small kitchen and separate dining room into one large open area. We went away on holiday and left him to it, with Karl sending us the odd photo to keep us updated. We got to see the finished work a few weeks later, the transformation was stunning. "Our ageing boiler had become unreliable and the latest failure which left us without hot water or CH for almost a week, so we decided to replace the boiler. Our initial contact was to Sexton Heating who had excellent Checkatrade reviews and is co-incidentally based in our road. We contacted them and Karl called in and gave us a quote the same day and undertook the installation 2 days later. We had one or two issues post-installation and everything was dealt with very quickly, including replacing a computer board which "blew" but which was not anything he had touched, and all at no charge."
