"Unfortunately, the organisation was let down by the company who supplied the gate (a normally reputable business) which was not fit for purpose, swelling badly at the first sign of rain. Showtek have agreed to change the gate as soon as possible and have been helpful throughout the process."

Overall we were extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of after care and quality of work undertaken my Showtek. Both carpenters who carried out the work were extremely friendly and timely. But the standard of work in our opinion was very poor with poor attention to detail for a professional carpentry business. Door hinge mortises, latch and strike plates were cut too large and shallow and most not straight. And a pre-fab shelving unit was made 15cm short. All this work requires some making good.
Overall we were extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of after care and quality of work undertaken my Showtek.
