Earlier this year, we appointed Ioan (silverprism) for a kitchen extension and ground floor renovation at our home. First and foremost, Ioan is a reliable, responsible, and accountable contractor. He consistently showed up every day and was committed to delivering high-quality work, which was evident in the daily progress on-site. Ioan also has a great understanding of design intent. He quickly grasped our vision and was able to identify and implement key features into the construction. When challenges arose during the project, Ioan tackled them with creative solutions. We faced several tricky issues, but Ioan was always ready to find a way forward and keep things on track. Most importantly, his attention to detail is impressive. Ioan was proactive in discussing all aspects of the work with us, ensuring that the build quality met our high standards. Ioan is also a considerate contractor. Despite us living upstairs during the construction, our daily life was never disrupted. He made sure to clean and tidy the site before leaving each day, maintaining a livable environment for us. Now that the project is complete, we’re extremely happy with the results, from the entrance hall to the utility room, the living/dining room to the kitchen, and from the front garden to the rear yard. We would highly recommend Ioan for any future building projects.

Ioan was appointed to build an extension to produce a new kitchen and dining room. During the build, he encountered some unforeseen issues but was able to find solutions. He dealt with building control throughtout the process and was very easy to deal with.
