I have used Simply Maintenance a number of times and they have always been great. Workers are all polite and work hard.

Simply Maintenance were engaged to damp proof walls in a ground floor flat. They used an ineffective method (injecting damp proof cream into the brick wall), and did not give sufficient drying time before plastering/painting. The damp came back even worse weeks after. They admitted to their mistake in their own written report, yet refused to redo the work under their professional guarantee or fully refund us for the work. Over a year long battle they reluctantly agreed to a partial refund, which remains mostly outstanding and unpaid to date.
