"Left Lee a message, and he responded within 10 minutes. Within an hour later, Lee was hear working on the problem, and cleared the issue within 15 minutes. Lee then spent time checking all the other aspects of my drainage, removing limescale that could catch tissues being flush and backed up. He also gives 3 months warranty for the work! Excellent!"
