"Shower Fix Jake and Steve did a great job in fixing problems I had with 2 showers at my house. They kept me informed throughout the work and left the job clean and tidy and on time. A minor correction to a newly installed power point was undertaken at the first available opportunity and without fuss. I am happy to recommend them."

Replacement sewage pump for basement flat Good. Fixed the problem. I would hire Jake again.
Toilet with macerator - Water builds up and won’t flush We have been completely ripped off by this company. In the job description we have specified that the problem was with the macerator. This plumber came and wouldn't even open and check macerator, as apparently this would be too dirty job and NO PLUMBER WOULD TOUCH THAT - his words. He told us the ONLY option was to replace the whole thing for £600, as we didn't have money for that job, he cut off the waste pipe and charged us £90 for this. Knowing we are both on furlough with two small kids, clearly struggling with any extra expenses, he charged us £90 for cutting the pipe that it turned out didn't need to be cut off and actually made the bathroom really smelly. We got another plumber who opened the macerator fixed the issue in about half an hour (issue was - using too much toilet paper) and confirmed that we have been completely ripped off and should be getting our money back. They confirmed - there was no need to cut off the pipe, macerator was easy to fix and definitely there is no need to replace the whole thing for so much money, for years to come! I have been trying to contact Jack for days now but of course he isn't answering. I just can't believe that someone could behave so dishonestly.
