"So pleased to have found these guys and will definitely use them again! After posting on checkatrade I was promptly called and asked what I was looking for. I sent pictures and measurements and received a prompt response and quote. After getting a number of quotes we decided to go with SmartRend and we did not regret it. The lads that carried out the work have been nothing but fantastic. They arrive when they say they are going to, clean up after themselves and are so helpful and reassuring as I had a lot of questions. The work they have done is incredible, we are over the moon with it!"

An absolutely terrible job. Clearly had no idea what to do. Said it would take 4 days. After 6 weeks he said it was done. Looked like it had been put on with a catapult. We disagreed. Sprayed another layer - we later found out the product can’t be sprayed. Blamed the product. Suppliers told us he didn’t buy the full system even though we gave him the cash to do so. Damaged neighbours property and left everything an absolute mess. Has cost us thousands. Next stop is small claims court.
