He checked in regularly, made sure everything was up to his standards and kept us updated as things went along. It made the whole process feel stress-free and we always felt like the work was in good hands."

Great job- looks amazing Easy to communicate with-
Radiators were fitted and function well. I was not told beforehand that I would lose the old boxing (which served as skirting board) underneath the living room radiator. They had to return to fix a tile they cracked. However, I was left with a shower that is either much too hot or extremely cold. I have asked for it to be looked at and get no response. I shouldn’t have been so trusting and paid the full amount before they had sorted out the issues. Further, I noticed (later on when doing my accounts) that Sam quoted £3,092.38 inc VAT but charged me £3,133.20 inc VAT so OVERCHARGE
