Vince was very good and friendly to have around, due to hold ups at his other jobs, he made the time up by working a Sunday which is rare in the trade and was a good thing to do for customer service. Straight to the point and honest which is what I liked and understood very quickly the job I was asking him to do, pleased with the overall result.

Vince was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time, communicated clearly about timeframes and costs, and completed the work to a really high standard. He also made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Reliable, professional, and highly recommended.

The agreed price included all materials and labour. Vince is friendly and easy to have around the house. Our experience just didn’t match the many positive reviews. I asked him to tidy up an archway after removing two doors leading into the kitchen; he said he’d “price it as he went.” On the final day, he still couldn’t give a figure, then texted the next day adding £300 to the bill. When I questioned, he said it was for materials even though he included this in the original quote. The finish is great, but the unexpected extras and lack of clear communication left us disappointed.
