Steve was the only one to tell us through the issues, possible solutions, recommendations and made everything clear and up front to us. Everything he said made sense and he left us with a greater knowledge of what needed to happen. Whilst doing the job, he kept us in the loop and was very reliable, ever when he himself was let down by suppliers; going out of his way to find suitable alternatives. I’d highly recommend him"
