"I rang Tony at 10am on Easter Saturday with a failed shower unit in a holiday let (guests already in place for the Easter break had rung me with the bad news!). Tony answered the phone, gave a price, turned up, did the job and sent me photos to show it was done, all before 3pm. I could not have asked for more.
