"I called in to see Paul at his shop to ask how I could open jammed Conservatory door, Paul explained what the problem could be, Paul said that he could attend site that afternoon. That afternoon he turned up as promised, he managed to get the door open with some special tools, once open Paul found that the bottom lock had broken, this is what I had presumed from the start. Once the lock was removed Paul had to go back to his shop to find a replacement, half an hour later he returned with the part, it was fitted and works perfectly. All carried out promptly within an hour."
