Steve and his team replaced the ceiling in my bathroom and kitchen, and floor in my kitchen after a flooding incident. The work was done to an incredibly high standard and they were friendly, professional and respectful of my property throughout. I would recommend them without hesitation.

SP Platinum fixed a rising damp problem we had on our living room wall. We had tried to fix the issue on a couple of other of occasions with no success, so were delighted with the results of their work. SP Platinum completed the work on budget, within the time frame specified and kept the area very tidy with minimal impact on the rest of the house. Stevie and his colleague were very professional and easy to deal with - I would happily recommend them to anyone with damp issues.

The price was very competitive work within time needed extras done but no further cost couldn’t be more happy Over two years later, but that still hasn’t returned on my window bay

Steve did a number of jobs for us, including laying a new flat roof, stripping back, plaster boarding and replastering an internal wall, sealing a leaking parapet and restoring/damproofing internal walls affected

Highly recommend Steve and his team at SP Platinum Damp. Having had several traders visit to inspect damp in the corner of my kitchen, all of whom "identified" different causes with costly solutions, I was not convinced that any of them were correct. I therefore did more research and found SP Platinum Damp, who had great ratings/recommendations, and I am so pleased that I got in touch. Steve arranged to visit the next day and found several gaps between old render and new render, which was likely allowing water in, and which his team diligently filled. Steve also created some neat holes in my interior wall to allow trapped moisture to escape. I am unsure if the treatment has solved the problem entirely, but at worst, he has prevented future problems from occurring, and in explaining why rising damp was not the issue, saved me a fortune. Steve is extremely honest, professional and thorough, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an opinion / solution to damp .
