"Lloyd, Matt and other colleagues were brilliant! I needed internal damp-proofing, ceiling repair, re-plastering and decorating in between tenants. Sparsi understood my time constraints. They were very communicative and worked to a good standard. We ran into a few problems when I found a velux window was broken and had a leak from a storm half way through the job. They weren't put off and were able to replace the velux and quickly contact specialists to fix the leak and complete the work. They were knowledgeable and provided good advice. "Sparsi Build and Design (Lloyd and Matt) carried out a job for me in 2023. The ceiling in my flat had collapsed due to a leak from the flat upstairs The work was done to a high standard and I have not had any problems with it since then I employed them again this year to fix a problem, at my own expense related to damp in my flat . This involved similar plastering and painting to the previous job.
