It was then a month until I contacted him again but he had it complete and signed off by building control within a week. He is very easy to talk to, easy to get hold of and is extremely punctual. His experience in the trade is obvious and he was reassuring right from the start that the mess we found ourselves in could be fixed. If I ever need any building work done in future, I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again, I would recommend him to anyone."
