This company charged me £3,000 and claimed they fixed a leak in my bathroom. A year and a half later, the same leakage is showing on the walls of my bathroom in exactly the same place, as well as mould growing. The seal they put around the bath also wasn’t done properly. I messaged the staff several times and never heard back, when requesting the invoice for insurance purposes, and when contacting them to let them know the leak has not been fixed. Seems like a scam to me and the leak should have been fully fixed for £3,000. Do not recommend using this company at all.

Steven got back to me promptly and made plans to view the issue. Once he attended the property he clearly explained in simple terms what the issue was and how much it would cost to fix this. I really appreciated the honesty and built the trust immediately. Steven and his apprentice made this stressful experience plain sailing. We needed a new shower unit, wet wall and floor tiles this was completed professionally within 5 working days. Throughout the process the communication was fantastic and follow up after care was exceptional. I would recommend contacting Steven with any plumbing issues.

Some of my radiators were developing cold spots. Turned up, immediately got to work sorting the issue. Two radiators still had issues so he found the hatch in the house (I had no idea I even had one) and agitated the pipes directly. Sorted the problems right out, couldnt recomend him enough. I thought the job was going to be an all day thing but it was done in four hours
