Josh was great at communicating beforehand and super polite and friendly in person. He was able to assess the issue with the main water valve and resolve there and then. I have worked with Josh before and he is happy to visit and provide a quote prior to any works taking place. He is great at providing advice and he does not oversell on solutions. He offers practical advice and options.

The plumber carried out a thoroughly reliable and professional job . Always kept in touch to tell us when he would be coming , took care to tell us what he was doing and why . I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

I contacted check trade looking for plumber to sort out the toilet leaking .l was impressed with the standard of service l received. I asked him if he could fix more long out standing plumbing jobs . Which other plumbers were asking ridiculous price He did the jobs very well and reasonable without leaving any mess. I am very happy l can have a shower at last .josh replace an outside Josh replace shower wast.
