Sharon is excellent. She arrived on time, phoned when she was on her way, explained everything she did in simple terms, showed respect for my property, showed integrity and fairness with pricing and did a high quality job. Would 100% recommend and use again. Thanks Sharon.

Sharon phoned to ask if she could arrive early as she was running ahead of schedule. This suited me very well and when Sharon arrived she was polite, friendly and professional. The work was completed very well (even though some other parts had rusted and also needed to be replaced). Sharon showed me the couple of extra parts that needed to be replaced and they were also very reasonably priced, which was a bonus! When the work was completed, Sharon showed me what she had done and the parts that had been replaced and everything was left clean and tidy. Very happy and I would recommend :-)
