Having come from a customer service background, I can honestly say that I've never come across a company with such great customer care values as Stairlift Solutions N.I. Ltd. From the moment I requested a quotation to having had the stairlift installed, the level of service provided has been second to none. I had to re-schedule my first appointment and Jen was very accommodating. When James Dowling arrived for my consultation, my husband and I found him to be very friendly, trustworthy and most importantly, knowledgeable about stairlifts. He went through various options with us and left us brochures and a written quotation. What I loved about this company was that they gave us adequate time to make up our mind about purchasing a stairlift; we did not get "hounded" or pressurised by them to buy. When we did place the order, the stairlift was installed within 2 weeks and the whole installation process was a breeze. It was reassuring for us that James was there during installation (along with another installer) and the job was done within a few hours. The lads even hoovered up and left the hallway nice and clean. Following installation, a payment receipt was promptly sent to me. I'm so glad that I chose Stairlift Solutions N.I. Ltd., especially knowing that I'll be comfortable having my stairlift serviced every year by them. The lift itself is very slim and modern looking. It looks quite neat and it is very easy to operate. Overall, I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely delighted with Stairlift Solutions, cannot recommend them highly enough. From my first contact to the installation of the stairlift, everything went so smoothly. Very reasonable price and an absolute pleasure to deal with a “workie” as opposed to a salesman. No pressure to buy and no cheap or tacky sales practices. Once we agreed on the most suitable option, James & Jim installed the stairlift within 48 hours and we hardly knew they were there, they treated my mother and her home with such respect, even leaving the carpet cleaner than when they arrived! As I say, I simply cannot recommend Stairlift Solutions highly enough – sincere thanks to a great company.

There are honestly no words to describe how absolutely amazing the staff at Stairlift solutions are! We made the appointment on the Tuesday, and they were so accommodating on the installation date and making sure everything was correct and how we wanted it. Be it from the effectiveness of the engineers doing the install to the friendly and wonderful staff in the office who went out of the way to get the lift to us asap! I know this is going to make a huge difference to my parents. Highly recommended!! Thank you again so much!
