The job was priced by Michael, who detailed each part of the work required to complete an effective repair. On the day arranged, a team of 3 including Michael, arrived on time, and worked almost continuously until the job was completed. Michael showed us photos of the work to confirm each planned part of the repair had been completed; all debris was removed, the site was left tidy; and unused roof tiles left for us.

Michael came to quote when he said he would, discussed the options. He and his team came when promised, did what they said they would and charged what he quoted. He also did an unrelated "favour" for me which while it was only a simple job, was one I was dreading - so really appreciated. Also examined remaining ridge tiles and gave me a report. When these need redoing, I'd have no hesitation in engaging StormPro again. Very friendly and pleasant set of guys too!
