His workmanship was precise, professional, and incredibly tidy, with clear communication throughout. The new windows look great, operate smoothly, and have already improved the light and warmth in the rooms. Stephen’s honest advice and attention to detail made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’m absolutely delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.”
“Needed Chimney repair and slates replaced, found Stephen who came when he said he would and gave me a reasonable quote the next day. He did the work as arranged and came on time. The work was top class and he tidied up after. Very friendly and reliable and I would not hesitate to have him back in future if needed and highly recommend him.”

He did an excellent job of repairing and repointing my chimney and replacing some roof slates at a competitive price. He was very polite and cleaned up after the job. Brilliant work from Stephen fitting a full new dry verge and rectifying the mortar in the roof tile valleys. It can be a real lottery finding a good contractor but the reviews for Waderose are a genuine testiment to Stephens reliability and work. Great job done!

Great communication from the first, always turned up as planned from quote to end of job. Talked through while doing job. No disappearing, works hard. Good quality job, cleaned up at end. Knows what he is doing, has clearly done this for some time. No hesitation in recommending.

Both Steve and Brad was very professional and worked hard to lift felt batten and put back the heavy Yorkshire stone tiles. The job was done at an high spec and following completion they left the job clean and tidy. Highly recommend
