The initial surveyor arrived when he said he would and the door that arrived was exactly what I'd ordered (which shouldn't be a surprise but was given other recent experiences!). A tale of two halves, the fitters are friendly, helpful and polite but the sales side of the company not so much. We had our quote adjusted twice, they forgot details of the work required and they had to be chased by me to get any updates over the x5 months it took to get from deposit to job completion.
