"From start to finish Richard was amazing. We needed the work completely quickly so we could carry on with the house renovations. He managed to fit us in the same week, was very response, completed the job in the given timeframe, and as others have said he offered to do extra things like help my grandad fit light switches. Would highly recommend Swain Building services and will definitely utilise them again for further projects."

"Richard identified the source of water damage to the porch which was a badly blocked drain. He then carried out work on the drainage system to prevent future re-occurrences. I was pleased with his conscientiousness and the quality of his work. He turned when he said he would and was polite and helpful. I would use him again."
