"Bath leaking What a great guy !! Tom got in contact straight away, we had a brief chat to discuss the job for my elderly mum and he was able to turn up the next morning and complete the job. Very fair price as well. I haven't seen the end result myself but my mum says all is well and Tom was extremely professional and courteous. Many thanks !!"

Radiator replacement and installation Tom has done a brilliant job fitting two new radiators and chasing in pipes. He was reliable, neat and his communication skills between first and second fix were also excellent. We will definitely use Tom for future work.
Leaking pipe in kitchen under the sink. Tom arrived right on time, fixed the problem in the kitchen and will be coming back to sort out the bathroom problems with parts. A pleasant young man.
Leaking shower I can't recommend Tom enough! We had a big leak from our shower and he came the same day and fixed the issue in 2 hours. He was also very tidy and polite. We will definitely call again!
Leaking valve Great
Washing machine fit Did a good job fitting the machine and pointed out a potential leak under sink. Also sorted out under the sink. Pipes were rubber rather than plastic. I was told it was a leak waiting to happen. However their job was the leak waiting to happen. Three days before Christmas. Managed to fit the pipe back in, but it is still loose. (Updated on 22 Dec 2024)
Shower not working properly No nonsense, came to see the job great advice given, then completed the job the following day. Would 100% highly recommend. Diolch yn fawr 👍🏻
Leaking pipe in bathroom Prompt response, turned up on time. Fixed the burst pipe and leaking tap. Very good work and tidied up afterwards. Very good rates. Overall I'm very pleased with T. Williams work and would highly recommend him.

Replace kitchen sink and tap Tom is reliable and works hard to complete the task, demonstrating a practical knowledge and ability in plumbing. Very satisfied with all aspects relating to his visits and completing the work. Would certainly welcome his involvement at any time in the future
