Carpet was OK, fitting terrible. Carpet was OK, fitting was terrible, door bars, freshly decorated walls and skirting marked/damaged/scratched and covered in carpet adhesive. Contacted customer services, no response, Stevenage branch. Wouldn't use again or recomend.

Really disappointing service from Tapi. They installed the wrong carpet in one room and the right one in three others. Should have been cream throughout and one room was grey!!!! Customer service was very unsympathetic and a bit patronising when trying to get them to fix it. They offered to come and replace or give me £240 (which didn't even cover the cost of the mistake and they wouldn't refund fitting either). The whole job was just shy of £3,000 and I felt belittled by their store manager and treated like I'd spent £50 with them. Won't use again.
