Various small leaks/drips Thomas was very courteous, on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently at the agreed price. I have recommended him for jobs within my family and I would certainly use him again.
CP12 boiler and hob check and service Friendly, fast, no bother. I recommend.
Fit Vertical Radiator Great work, and good attitude even though my radiator was missing brackets and had to reschedule. Would recommend.
Gas safety check Thomas was earlier than expected (bonus!) And communication was good. Will use again if needed
Boiler service The engineer came bang on time, did a full service and I was more than happy with the outcome. I would fully recommend this company going forward.
Annual boiler service Paid for the full service which included stripping down the boiler and replacing seals, checking the water tank (correct pressure etc) and running the water heating and central heating and lastly, a visual check of the gas cooker hob. Thomas texted me to say when he would arrive and was on time. Very friendly and efficient and would recommend him in a flash. Have kept his details for next years service.
Outdoor tap Thomas was very profotional and got the job done the next day from first contact I highly recommend him he did a fantastic job.
Elevated external waste pipe repair. Completed the job satisfactorily. I would recommend them
Leaking toilet Thomas arrived on time and found the problem quickly. He went to get parts and had the job finished in less than an hour. We had a problem with the toilet a couple of days later and he returned to fix it, turned out to be a faulty part from the supplier, he sorted it quickly and only charged labour costs. He was very friendly, put up with our very noisy dog and left the room spotless. Will definitely use again if needed.
Ceiling leak unidentified Excellent job. Extremely helpful and efficient. Went to purchase part needed immediately and returned to complete job within 20mins. Would definitely use again.
